Welcome to Back To Fresh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any communication or transactions between you ("you" or "client") and Back To Fresh ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Back To Fresh offers professional home cleaning services. The specific scope of cleaning services will be outlined at the time of booking. Services like dishwashing, wall cleaning, and inside appliances are not included in standard cleans unless explicitly requested and confirmed.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Booking: Clients must provide accurate information when booking a service.
Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled cleaning are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
3. Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns or re-clean the area in question.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe, uninterrupted access to your home during the scheduled time. If access is not available upon arrival, a $50 lockout fee may apply.
6. Liability
We are insured and take every precaution to protect your property.
However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper surfaces or materials (e.g., fragile items, improperly mounted shelves, etc.).
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use personal data.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, or unreasonable.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to our website with a new effective date.
